Keratin Volume Amplifying Shampoo

I feel that the shampoo has changed. The consistency is very runny. I’ve shaken the bottle and still is runny. Also, doesn’t smell the same. Has the ingredients changed??

Too Watery

I've used the Keratin Complex "Smoothing Shampoo" previously, but I wanted to try the Amplifying Shampoo. Although I'm guessing it works OK, the shampoo seems drastically watered down. It's extremely watery, to the point that it's difficult to pour it into my hand and then transferring it to my head as it just runs right out of my hand. It's nothing like the consistency of the smoothing shampoo. I reported this to Keratin Complex on the website, but I was told that most of your shampoos "can be" thin and watery.

Volume for thinning hair

Generally, shampoos that advertise volume do not help my hair. But this product, coupled with the Vanilla Bean Conditioner, is effective, it feels good, and I am having good hair days again!!
