Great pack and another quality product from Virtue. The back support pad could double as a pillow it was so comfy. Also when paired with the BK V2 supreme pants stayed in place better than any pack-pants combo I have owned. The little zippered pouch in the back pad is nice for small items.

Good product, awful customer service

I really love the products I bought but the customer service was a terrible experience. I paid 50 dollars for the shipment wich is a little expensive but because of the deal I was ok with it but when my products arrived they wanted to charge me 56 extra dollars. DHL told me it was an extra fee they charge for crossing the boarder, I thought that the shipment fee included everything so I tried to contact you but you never answer the phone and via Facebook you answer after 2 days just to answer a simple question. When I asked you what was the procedure to return the products you never answered me back. So I really loved the products but because all the problems and extra fees I think they are not worth it, next time I will get other brands like Dye or HK that are easier to get in my country without so many troubles and extra fees. (Sorry for my bad English)
