Virtue has the best CS in the game

I actually got two of these on warranty after I managed to screw up two of them in two weekends, one being a loaner from a teammate. The first one got shot just right in the locking tab so that it snapped it off. The second one I bent at the hinge trying to make it lock closed a little tighter. I hadn’t ordered my Crown yet, and can be incredibly picky about my gear. Virtue didn’t even hesitate to send me a code to get replacements, although I didn’t notice until I had finished checking out that the code worked for both and I had only spoke with them about one. Sorry Virtue, it was unintentional, but I seem to have pulled a little bit of a fast one. You guys rock.

Spire III / Spire IR Rain Lid

Virtue is great! I love the performance of my Spire III. I recently had to return it to Virtue to replace if Rain Lid ... they were courteous and prompt and didn't even charge me!

Don't like having to play in the rain but sometime it happens and just have to roll with it. My original rain lid had cracked on the back and would no longer stay closed so time for a new one. This replacement is super high quality and will keep the water out so that will improve my performance. Love the SpireIV lid/speed feed fit as it is so simple to change as the weather changes. Cheep fix to an annoying problem.
