Great Product Deserves Better Shipping Options

This is my 3rd iPad case from CitySheepStore and the quality of the product is fantastic! Great, durable materials and fine craftsmanship. I chose to pay the additional fee for DHL shipping to the US. There was initially a short delay, due to material availability but the actual shipping option wasn’t available to the US and the shipment was almost 2 weeks late. I was not refunded the difference and the communication with CitySheepStore could’ve been better. I’ll still order from the company again but the follow through was disappointing and they really should’ve refunded the money for a shipping option that wasn’t available. Great product though.
