Amazing Flavor Profile for a Coffee Snob Turned Decaf Only

I’m a former barista and a huge coffee snob. I gave up caffeine for health reasons, but I did not want to give up coffee. I am super picky when it comes to the flavor profile and normally don’t like a dark roast. Now that I have switched to decaf, my options are much smaller especially when I will only drink Swiss water processed decaf. When I came across Blue Spruce I was so excited to give it a shot! Decaf done right from what I read. I took a chance and got the sample pack. I even enjoyed the dark roast! I will definitely be ordering more and doing a subscription.
