Great flavor options for those dealing with diabetes

This is a wonderful way to try out different flavors. For my husband who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, we were looking for a way for him to enjoy his coffee with a little sweetness but without artificial sweeteners. Each flavor works well with different flavors of coffees so the variety pack was perfect. He landed on the caramel and hazelnut as his favorites so now we can order larger packs of those flavors. They are creamy and just the right amount of sweetness without negatively impacting my husband’s blood sugar. Such a treat!! I even like the caramel or hazelnut in my chai as some added richness. I also use to flavor chia pudding!
