Seems okay, but terrible shipping

I ordered this paint to do some testing for a school assignment. I ordered on October 15th, said it would arrive on the 26th, and I only received it today, November 8. The blue and green paints seem smooth, but the pink paint is chunky and has 'sparkles' in them, which could cause problems while applying. Order at least a month in advance to get that paint to Canada ! All of them seem to light up beautifully under a relatively weak UV lamp, and they do really seem invisible, so I will probably still use them for other projects.
