Phosphorescent Glow in the Dark Paint - Aqua

I am using the aqua glow in the dark paint to stencil stars on the edges of long, steep entry stairs. We are rural and dark so I am hoping that the glowing stars will allow people to safely see where the edge of each stair tread ends. I am applying to concrete and stenciling the recommended 5 layers for maximum glow time. It was fast and easy and the effect is delightful both at night and during the day as the paint’s color is softly visible in the sunlight.
