Great Customer Service

My son's camp trunk fell apart while he was away at camp this summer. Truth be told...it looks like the counselors might have been a little rough with it because there is no way my 9 year old could have broken it (we have owned a similar trunk for 6 years and it barely has a scratch on it). Regardless, I called the customer service number and they sent me a replacement immediately! I was blown away by how easy they were to work with and how strongly they stood behind their products! Amazing Company!
