Surprisingly Spicy
Bought these to re-create an ancient recipe from Tasting History, and wasn't disappointed. Pepperier than black pepper, long peppers gave the recipe an unusual (but tasty!) kick. These aren't easy to find in my area - so glad I found NY Spice Shop!
