I want to love this but it fell apart the first time my 3yo wore it and I can’t seem to fix it

This chew bracelet is good quality and fits my sons small wrist well. So far he has enjoyed using it! Our first bracelet got lost in the mail, when I contacted the owner about the missing bracelet, she sent another one out right away. Thank you for the great customer service :)
