I haven't recieved my refund

I ordered three XL shirts from Slovakia, unfortunately, they didn't fit well so I sent them back. I am 198 cm slimmer, with broad shoulders and long arms. However, what concerns me more is that I haven't received my refund yet. It's been three weeks since the delivery, according to the shipping company's information. When I contacted Tapered Menswear, they repeatedly told me that the package had not arrived. My last email to them was left unanswered.
