They are great quality and will enhance a man's physique. But they fit like a compression shirt. I'm always a men's Large and krdered this multi pack in L. Any soft spots in your stomach will be on display if you don't size up 1.

I’m 6’0 weigh 185 and got a large. The fit has been great. I’ve been looking for something not baggy around the waist and this was great. Not too tight tho, just right. I have a 42” chest and 32” waist

Too Small

Great shirts! However, I usually wear a large and these were just way too tight. My son also works out alot and they did end up being a perfect fit for him. So I just gave them to him rather than shipping back. I may try to order some XL in the near future to see how those fit.
