Copper River King Salmon

Copper River King Salmon is the best salmon I have ever eaten. I understand now why it is in limited supply. I bought 2 pounds, next time it’s available I will buy 10 pounds. Amazing taste and texture.

A replacement order arrived safely (with extra dry ice after last week’s order arrived warm and a little smelly (delivery delayed a day and seems it sat in the heat wave in North Carolina). (One of the plastic bags was compromised). Very happy about a no quibble replacement from Sizzlefish…good commitment. Looking forward to the Copper River…

So very good couldn’t wait to make them, and I was not disappointed. It is sad. It’s only one time a year, but that’s what makes it so special.
