Awesome instruction from awesome professor!

Professor Knight does a great job in breaking down effective moves for self defense from a gi perspective. It's simple instructions so easy to digest and they way the video is set with the GI first and then street clothes makes it repetitive so it sticks in the brain better. Get it and feel more confident in the streets and know you always can just walk away.

Great instructional, clearly and concisely presented. Good practical applications. Recommended.
