Love beverage, but nutrition unclear

I love this beverage with half hot water and half unsweetened coconut milk, but I find the nutritional information difficult to interpret on the package. Per serving, (1tbsp) how many calories, grams of sugar and carbs? This is delicious, and I enjoy as a nighttime treat, but Im slightly disappointed with the vague nutritional label.

First time buying & I love it. I’ve tried it in my coffee & tea. Great taste.

I put this in my coffee every morning and I absolutely LOVE it!! It is so good and I love all the benefits from it as well. I will continue to buy this stuff!
