I wanted some insight on a good strategy to pass the guard in no gi and JT covers that and more here in this instructional. I mainly enjoyed getting some training in the HQ position with my top game and look forward to applying the techniques he taught here on the mats.

Great video instructional! JT is a champion bjj athlete and a great instructor as well. He explains all the fine details of the techniques in a very easy to understand manner.
