Good product but

Product is great. Lost a star because I think its silly to ask for tips for staff in the checkout page. These are already expensive enough. Just pay your staff a living wage so you dont have to beg at checkout every time

Formula changed, not nearly as good and no communication

The formula for these has recently changed, and they’re nowhere near as good as they used to be. Very disappointing. I might have given two stars, but I removed an additional star because I received no communication that the formula had changed before my most recent subscription shipment was sent. When someone has a $128 subscription order on the way, they should be specifically notified of a significant formula change before the product ships. I was also disappointed to learn that although I was given authorization to return the remaining product, I am responsible for the return shipping costs. This is effectively a different product from the one I originally subscribed to, and I would not have purchased it had I been aware of the change or had the opportunity to try the new formula first.

The products alone is definitely a 5star. Thw packing and delivery take a really long time.
