I ordered a these sleeves but accidentally had them sent to the wrong address. I tried to contact the company to change the address, but was not able to reach anyone in person and did not receive any emails back from my attempts. I ordered a second pair and made first they came to the right address. They were too small, so once again tried to contact the company to exchange with no response to phone calls or emails. Finally, after consulting AI, I sent a request directly to Returns with the order number explaining my situation. I received a reply within a week with a promise they would mail a new pair directly if I verified the address. I verified that address but have heard nothing from them for over a week. At this point, I cannot rate the sleeves, but the customer service is sadly lacking.

Cold Steve review

Wanted the product for use on my knees however the large barely fits over my calf. Also it tore on initial try on. It does chill fast and last for approximately 20 minutes.possibly works well for slim arms or tiny legs and kn. To bad there is not an extra large it double extra large one available for medium sized legs
