AMAZING!! Forgot to order 2 pair of suspenders. Ordered them and paid for quick shipping. Didn’t receive day I was suppose to. Contacted groomsmen gear through email and got a response very quick. They dropped it off at the post office but was misplaced by the post office. Groomsmen gear shipped it again, over night shipped, and refunded my expedited shipping. Wasn’t even their fault but made sure we got the suspenders in time for our wedding! Amazing company who cares about their customers!!
