Good even for not so fast people

I was not sure to buy this set as I am 1,78 and 90 something kilos but the DVD is very complete and has nice details so it doesn´t matter if you don´t compete in a light weightclass or if you are a heavier judoca that doesn´t move as quick as Jeong.
