TS100 Soldering Tip K

Niche Use?

I got this with intention of using the tiny tip for micro soldering and a larger area for use with lipo leads. The latter works fine but cannot use the tip it seems. The solder wants to collect higher where there is more heat and it gets sucked right up from the point when laying the solder down with the tip. So, I am sure this must not be its intended use and seems to be kinda specific.

This is great tip to have as it retains heat better with bigger mass
