Poor customer services poor marketing

Yes I bought the belt as a Christmas present. Yes I ordered the week of Thanksgiving when the catalog came. I was new to CCP so they offered me 20%if I signed up for emails, however it was not available on what I bought. Days later they came out with a 20% off, I contacted asking for an adjustment, have not heard anything and then days later a 25% off, again contacted asking for the 20% adjustment. No word yet but I am still getting the emails rubbing my nose in it. Stacia Rosner
