Very good, fit and comfort were what I was expecting.

Super sharp looking

Great looking bit loafers with just enough pop of color. Another review said these run about a half a size small which I found to be accurate, as I normally wear an 11 but went with a 10 1/2. The leather seems very nicely made, the stitching is great, and I get a lot of compliments on the styling under the bit. Definitely a good staple.

Customers must pay shipping even to exchange an item!

The products are excellent. The customer service and their policies are not so great. I bought a pair of $295 shoes for my son and they were a half size too big, I asked to exchange them and they said that is fine, I need to ship the pair back as MY OWN EXPENSE - even if I am simply exchanging the product. I will not be purchasing from them again - there are too many great companies who offer free exchanges.
