Love the workouts. Donβt like that I have to buy 3 books to get the second edition.

Great Investment and Resource
These have completely changed the way my husband works out and have helped to transform his body this year. He is a police officer and works challenging hours. Being able to workout in our garage gym with the little time he has with us in the evenings before working over night is great. He just started Volume 2 and is so excited to learn more. These take the guess work out of weight training and helps him stay on task. We experienced some delays with shipping. But overall, this is a great resource and we will buy more if additional volumes after 3 and 4 become available.
