I wish it had more explanation behind the exercise. Still a ok instructional.

This is a kinda pricey instructional , I got it for about $40 on special. I like it but I wish Nicky spent more time on explaining the exercises and going slow, most times he spends about 5 seconds on explaining.

Nice little workout

Good workout to get a pump and your cardio in. Also will help with strength, thought there would be more BJJ specific work and or strength explanation but outside of that a good workout instructional video.
