Pros: 1. Small footprint overall (79inch deep), which was a necessity for me 2. it can take a lot of weight. I was trying to see what I could leg press yesterday and pushed 435 (and could have easily gone higher), so it more than enough is adequate for my needs. Cons: 1. The wheels are not perfectly installed into the chamber and as such, they wiggle quite a bit, like if I push with my right or left foot, the entire leg press component moves left to right, it feels a bit jank, but it does get the job done. 2. The back rest (or the hack squat plate you put your feet onto), has a few different settings, but tbh you would only ever use the HIGHEST setting, I honestly wish it would go even higher. Anything lower than the highest setting and you would be awkwardly standing on it for hacks, or leaned way too far back for leg press. 3. feels "sticky" when pushing, feel like im pushing against friction, which is annoying, but i mean, pushing hard makes me work hard? so thats fine i guess
