Mixed results

My hernia is fairly painful. If I can keep it in I can walk. I position the ‘egg’ in my crotch basically. If it’s too tight it hurts. It only stays in place for about 30 minutes but at least I can walk my dog. I would have like better instructions maybe a video.

I highly recommend this truss.

Awaiting surgery, still six months out. In order to continue my active life I needed some help. This truss allows me to continue all physical activities that i want to do. It is easy to fit, fairly comfortable and most important it keeps the hernia in place. I highly recommend this truss.
