I recently purchased some c-star brake pads for my Ecotric E Bike. The service department walked me through how to change the pads. Everything went smoothly and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks Ecotric!

C-star Brake Pads.

Arrived ahead of schedule. I had chatted with an associate and I asked about the magnet that got crushed and is no longer usable. She said that the brake pads are magnetic and I would not need the magnet to hold the pad in place. After installation of both sets, the front brakes, that was missing the magnet, vibrates and squeaks while I ride. The squeaking stops when I press the brake, than continues when I release the brake. I believe that the brake pads are not magnetic and the pad is just bouncing around in its carriage rubbing against the disk. I see not part number for the magnet, and I cannot find any magnet small enough to fit where the damaged magnet was. As far as the brake pads, they fit and work fine. Thank you
