Fine Pods, Terrible Fulfillment
I ordered three boxes of pods to get my coffee fix more easily - and enjoy a reprieve from my fiddly pourover routine - while recovering from an injury. So far, I've only tasted the Florentino (Colombia/India) and would rate it a 6/10. Certainly better than Nespresso's house brand, but not quite as tasty as my local roaster and Bluestone Lane's biodegradable pods. The coffee comes out reasonably strong and with a nice crema on a lungo shot. This said - fulfillment needs _major_ work. It took me 12 days to receive my order, and shipping wasn't even free! Customer service was responsive and resent everything free of charge, but it didn't help my predicament: stuck at home with no coffee and unable to walk.
