Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce, Dressing and Marinade

My cheater sauce for marinades and quick stir fry meals. This is one of my repeat order items.

Good lord this is good! I used some to marinate some salmon for about 30 mins, pan seared skin side up until I got a nice browning on the salmon flesh and then flipped to the skin side. Basted the salmon with the marinade to glaze the salmon. Served with ramen noodle, peppers and broccolini tossed with the remaining sauce in my salmon pan. So much flavor, we both devoured the meal and both wished we had more of the salmon! This one will always be in my pantry now!
