Organic Meditation Cushion Set - ocean

This has been a game changer for my meditation practice. I cant say enough good things. It is so comfy and the colors are so calming and tranquil. I started my practice only sitting for at max 20 minutes in half lotus. As I began sitting for longer than that I would lose feeling in my legs and my lower back would hurt. With this set I can sit comfortably for an hour, probably longer if I wanted. The round cushion is firm enough to lift you, taking off a lot of pressure from your hips. It actually encouraged me to use a kneeling position since the bottom cushion is soft enough to comfort my shins and knees. This cushion set just makes me excited to practice!!
