Mammoth Zipper Tote - 29L Tote Bag

Long time customer due to great quality, but 2025 order was different

I bought this around Sept 2025, but didn't use it right away... when i finally did a couple months later, it was clear that it arrived not fully sewn on the top flap, (the seam connecting the lid/top to sidewall of bag), and odd long threads flapping around/connected between handles. I could probably fix these things myself, but that is unfortunate on a new product. Quality control issues? I was really surprised and disappointed because I've been a Flowfold customer for multi years, and I use my custom Optimist backpack everyday, wallet, other zippered packs everyday, and those are multi years old and were sewn great, but the recent quality is much different :( I'll still order in the future, and I hope quality will be high again. Maybe this bag sewing issues was a one-off mistake, but multiple issues on one bag is odd.

Was skeptical about the price, but sometimes simple and minimalistic is the way.

Pretty standard tote bag, will see if it’s worth the $100 price tag.
