I kept circling back to this dress while looking for a tea ceremony/wedding dress. I ended up ordering the standard size one and besides being a little long, it fits perfectly! Definitely gives me some relief to have less to worry about, and I feel beautiful in it.

I am so happy with my purchase. I have been eyeing this dress for years and was pleasantly surprised when they came out with a pre sized version ready to ship in my size! I am 5’2” and 130 lbs and the Large drapes perfectly even if it’s very slightly loose in the bust. I have always been afraid of a traditional qipao being too tight or unflattering on my non slender build, but the deep red and the sturdy fabric used fits and looks perfect and made my dream of having a modernized traditional Chinese touch at my family wedding reception dinner come true! Thank you for designing this beautiful garment that pays tribute to my ancestors’ roots while also holding a modern flair that adapts to my new place in the west.

Beautiful, quality dress that's almost ready to wear

Given the time constraint, I was looking for a wedding dress that's ready to order and this is the one! Love the elegant look and how well it fits. I will just need some hemming at the bottom and perhaps some tailoring around the chest/belly areas to make it work perfectly. The dress is made of heavy materials that are drapery so it doesn't wrinkle easily.
