My honest opinion: Save your money. Get a good regular shampoo, and wash your hair 1-2x a week, or when its really greasy and needs to be washed. This stuff is great, but extremely pricey and extremely light cleaning.

Only product I use in my hair at all, and it gives my natural light waves wothout frizziness of normal shampoo or heaviness of leave in products.
