Red & Navy Pack N' Go Reversible Puffer

The vest is very nice, and as shown. However, the vest is a bit tight at the shoulder level, and could have been 2 inches longer on the back (but the chest size is fine). I have a GoldenDoodle of 1 year old. She is presently shaved. I selected the size 22 as suggested for her breed. Another aspect… the zipper should be placed on the back… as it is quite difficult to put on the vest (for the second paw). Thank you.

Future Proof Classic.

Got this last year from a local trader in Edinburgh, Scotland. Could not get it locally this year due to its popularity so instead bought direct from US. My dog Ozzy loves this jacket, fits him like a glove, please keep this in your collection going forward, its a future proof classic.

Size variation with production

Fit not as per size chart. Jacket was too small. Tried same size on in a pet shop and it fit. Just didn’t like the color the pet shop had and I thought I’d buy direct to have more choices. Size variations in production needs to be addressed. Plus when I returned it, I paid for shipping and you did not refund the full amount. If the jacket wasn’t so nice, I would never buy again. Moving forward I will use Amazon and not you. That’s really terrible customer service when the manufacturer drives customers to Amazon.
