They are a bit bigger than i thought but much smaller than a protein drink. The taste is sweet , and its on the thicker side but they are do able. Easiest way fir me to get in much needed protein. They are also quite spendy. 12 for $45 but i will def reorder.

I use the 3 oz power booster when I'm short on time and protein. It tastes good and easy to take with you.

Too Dang Sweet

The product is convenient to use but it is overly sweet. Beyond any sweetness level ove encountered more sweet than candy, soda or natural cane sugar. It needs to be less sweet, the sweetness made me nauseated.
