Badge reel

I did order the Christmas Nativity 3 pack and liked them. However I was unable to use them as the badge reel I had purchased in Oct. pulled out and would not retract. I only used it for about 2 months and I only work 2 days a week. Also it was not strong enough to stay retracted with my badge on it. Not sure it was worth the money or worth buying another one. The one I have had for several years is working fine except now I have about 9 of the toppers I can't use. Very disappointed.
