Overall, I loved the product I received. I will say I am disappointed with the badge reel itself. I ordered the alligator clip and it isn't attached very tight to the actual holder. I have to keep it taped to the back to hold it in place. It works, but not ideal. I enjoy the flexibility of changing the toppers to suit my mood!
