Perfect Pouches for Histamine Health!

I LOVE these! Able to withstand piping hot and freezing cold, they are the perfect solution to quick-freezing needs when dealing with histamine issues!! You can cook your meal from and place directly in to the portion-sized pouches, then pop them straight in the freezer without any need for the traditional ice-bath step, allowing for a super low chance of histamine developing. Sliding the contents out and straight into the pot when ready to reheat is not only super easy given the playability of the pouch, but it also makes for very easy clean-up as the contents comes out practically clean!!! I cannot recommend these highly enough, especially for those following the GAPS diet, or similar - THANK-YOU SEED & SPROUT!!!
