Vampy Navy
I love a blue nail polish … on other people. I normally don’t feel like myself in it, except for a navy color like HJ. Super easy to apply (don’t be discouraged by the first coat) with a secret subtle shimmer, it’s the perfect near-black vampy polish. Can’t wait to layer one of the effects toppers over it. I’m thinking Mermaid Effect. HJ is a necessary addition to anyone’s O&J collection.
