Update: it took 6 months to resolve, but I finally got the missing ring from my order. 🙏Their jewlery is lovely, but the customer service was very challenging. I recommend buying in person in Hawaii instead of online as that was always a great expierence when I lived on island and shopped in the store. I’ve bought these 3 times in the last 5 years. It would be great if they used leverbacks as the earwires always fall off or seperate from the earrings. Great earrings, but unacceptable to provide a replacement or refund for the item left out of my order to a longterm loyal customer
