Update: it took 6 months to resolve, but I finally got the missing ring from my order. 🙏Their jewlery is lovely, but the customer service was very challenging. I recommend buying in person in Hawaii instead of online as that was always a great expierence when I lived on island and shopped in the store. Love this ring, but I only recieved 1 and ordered 2 and paid for 2 and I wear matching rings. I live in Mexico and it shipped to a friend who was coming to visit, so this lack of accurracy in my order has become a big pain to get my missing item I’ve spent 1000’s of dollars with this company and can no longer recommend them as I corresponded with them 5 times about the missing item and they seem unwilling to ship the missing item or provide a replacement. This is not acceptable I’m deeply disapointed in Keani, this is not the spirit of aloha
