Fitted sheet does not fit at all

Ordered this sheet set (size king) several years ago and discovered that the alleged king sized fitted sheet in no way properly fits on a king mattress. For whatever reason didn't bother trying to return and ended purchasing other sheets. I recently had to pull these out again and am once again annoyed by the daily struggle to try to get this to properly fit on my mattress. When you're spending several hundred dollars on sheets they should fit. Terrible construction.
