Linen colors / sheet dimensions/ ordering - returns - exchange process

I have ordered several different linen bedding products and the color of half the items is as expected. In addition to the colors being not as depicted ( I use Apple devices ) I ordered several flat sheets for a project and they were too small, definitely not the dimensions as listed, so the project could not be completed without ordering an additional sheet. However my biggest issue with BedThreads is the non-existent contact number in the U.S.A. for customer service. This Aussie company wants the U.S. consumer $$$ but refuses that consumer a support number, instead forcing a reliance on disastrous automated systems which then rely upon email-only customer service support to sort out the shortcomings when a simple conversation with a real person could have solved the issue. Are they saving money? It’s an egregious abuse of my time. I just want to get it all sorted and move on from this experience.

Obsessed with my Bed Threads linen bedding. The quality is superb, the sheets were soft from the first wash, and as a hot sleeper, I’ve finally been sleeping through the night comfortably. Loved them so much I bought a second bundle less than 30 days later. Their customer service is also top notch — such a great company to buy from.

Worn thin & holes within one year

Beautiful and comfy sheets—however, mine wore a big hole within the first year of use, even with proper care. I am extremely disappointed at the quality for this price! I have $20 sheets from target/walmart that have held up longer. Very disappointing.
