Company refuses to answer me for a return

I meant to order a FITTED sheet, but I ordered a flat sheet by mistake. I have emailed the company 3 times asking how to make a return for the flat sheet, and they have not responded and it’s been 3 weeks. With the price of these sheets I assumed the customer service would be better. I’m so frustrated. Don’t use this company if you don’t want to lose your money because they won’t answer you.

I have owned and slept in every type of bedding from Egyptian Cotton to scratchy wool army sheets and these sheets are the most satisfying overall. It’s been the hardest time getting out of bed in the morning!
