Poor customer service

The floor liners I received did not fit and the company refuses to take them back. The floor liners were never used. They were taking from the box. And tried to put them in when they did not fit. I contacted the company. They had me send them some pictures. And they claim because of a couple of small scratches. They will not take them back.
