Perfect fit. It holds things in without feeling too constricting.

It's good. The cut wasn't nearly as low and v-cut as shown in the pic, to which I was disappointed because it's one of the main reasons I bought it. I had to cut it myself. Compression wise, it's good. It has a hole for easy toilet access. I'm 5'4" and 184 pounds, approx. 48" hips and 37" waist. The XL worked perfectly for me.
