Happy with recoil now that we received the right one for the backpack sprayer we have. We ordered this part and paid for express shipping, however wrong recoil was sent 2x even after vetifying which backpack we needed it for. Receiving the right one took over a week which means we lost spray business for a full week due to inability to receive right recoil. I will highly recommend Ian from your service dept as he went as far to send us picture of recoil to make sure he was sending correct part. Thank you to Ian!!
