The should go into the business of teaching other companies how to to do business- they have a phone number you can call and get a LIVE PERSON--no automated system to press through--That just does not exist anymore! Also, along with videos, their team is so knowledgeable and make the process easy and thus you feel confident in what you are doing. I have used their products on two of my countertops in two of my rentals and I will be doing a thrid.
